If you get us involved early we can work closely with your architects, designers and consultants to de-risk your project. We look at waterproofing details, drainage, and maintenance considerations amongst other things. Then we give you our pricing along with a schedule and compliance certification - and deliver your house. Importantly, our relationship does not stop there. We have a comprehensive defects management process, and will come back for your feedback and to make sure your house will perform as it should well into the future.
